DELIVERY

We currently only deliver to UK addresses. The delivery cost is £5.95 per order. All orders are fully tracked and require a signature upon delivery. 

RETURNS

Our returns policy lasts for 30 days from your date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible to return your purchase for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any gift cards or downloadable software products cannot be returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

SENDING RETURN ITEMS

To return your item for a full refund, please download and follow the instructions on the returns form to have your item returned via our dedicated DPD returns service. If your item is faulty, please provide as much detail as possible about the fault.

Upon return to Fónua, product will be tested and if the fault is replicated, a refund will be made to the original payment method. If a fault cannot be replicated, we may return the product back to you and no refund will be issued.

If you’d like a replacement product, please re-order via the website.

    REFUNDS

    Once your return is received and inspected (see address below), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The refund process normally takes 5-7 working days.

    Return postage will not be refunded unless the reason of return is due to our error. 

    LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Consider contacting your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Following that, next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@mitecuk.com 

    SALE ITEMS

    Sale items will be refunded at the sale price. Some sale items may not be refunded due to the nature of the particular sale. This will be declared in the product and sale description.
